Examples of unsupported carrier email addresses include:

• @au.com

• @ezweb.ne.jp

• @softbank.ne.jp

 

We kindly ask that you register using an email address other than a mobile carrier email account whenever possible.

Please also note that some domains, particularly AU-related domains such as ezweb.ne.jp and au.com, may block our emails due to enhanced spam filtering settings provided by the carrier. If you use these services, please review your email settings, including:
