FOR OUR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
Information on
International Shipping
Thank you for your interest in our natural jadeite jewelry. We welcome orders from customers around the world. Please review the following information before placing your order.

01
DELIVERY
Shipping
We ship via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service). Shipping costs start from ¥4,500 and vary depending on the weight of your order and your destination.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 10–14 business days after dispatch, though actual timing may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
02
TAXES
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Please note: any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged in your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping fee. In many cases, payment is requested as cash on delivery by your local customs authority or courier upon delivery of the item.
We recommend checking your country's customs regulations and estimated duty rates before placing your order, as we are unable to predict or control the exact amount you may be charged.
03
EXEMPTION
Tax Examption (Consumption Tax)
Orders shipped overseas are eligible for exemption from Japan's 10% consumption tax. If you would like to receive a tax-exemption coupon, please let us know before placing your order. Once the coupon has been issued, the displayed price will be discounted by an amount equivalent to the 10% consumption tax.
Please note that, with some payment methods, the discount cannot be applied after an order has already been placed. Be sure to request this before checking out.
This exemption does not apply if the shipping destination is within Japan.

CERTIFICATE
Identification Report
Upon request, we arrange for your jadeite to be examined by a trusted, independent gemological laboratory in Japan, which issues a formal identification report. Using FT-IR analysis, the laboratory verifies the absence of dye or polymer impregnation, certifying that your piece is natural, untreated jadeite.
Jade is defined as a tough, polycrystalline ornamental aggregate composed of jadeite, omphacite, kosmochlor, or a combination thereof. This definition conforms to the standards adopted by leading international laboratories, including the GIA.
